2-day itinerary (4-day option + relax) :
Day 1: Imlil 1 700m - refuge. Lépiney 3 000m :
- Surprise on the circuit: the Irhoulidene waterfalls!
- Overnight at the Lépiney refuge - 5h45 walk
Day 2: refuge. Lépiney - refuge. Nelter 3 210m :
- Ascent of Tizi Aguelzim (3,547m); superb panorama and the Ras n'Ouanoukrim pyramid (4,083m).
- Overnight at the Nelter refuge - 4h walk
Day 3: Ascent of Toubkal 4,167m :
- An early start (5am) from the refuge for a gradual ascent (3 hours) to the roof of Morocco: breathtaking views of the Atlas peaks.
- Return to Nelter refuge: Lunch
- Descent to Imlil (2-3h); return to Marrakech
4-day option :
Day 3: Climb Mt Toubkal - Overnight at the Nelter hut Day 4: Return Imlil - Marrakech

And the environment...
The imposing Toubkal massifs, rising to an altitude of over 3,000m, are essentially formed of granite and lava, giving them a grandiose and impressive appearance. The surrounding vegetation consists mainly of forests of thurifer juniper. On the outskirts of the Lépiney refuge, this trek offers us a beautiful spectacle in spring with the blossoming of sablines (flowers with five white petals) and alyssons (pale pink flowers).
